In the case of Marvel or DC adaptions to the big screen, check the link near the bottom of the page, but be warned I only plan to cover new characters intorduced specifically for the movies, not ones who originated in the comics. Generally those covered below are heroes and villains who started in films, and then moved back to comics and books, rather than the other way around. Characters like the Mask started in comics, and so have entries elsewhere on the site.
