Powers/Abilities: The Shark was a cunning strategist and deadly fighter. His trademark weapons were a knife and a harpoon-gun. He also had an 'understanding' with a deadly blue shark he called Scarback, that lived off the coast of the island. Having been shot at by German soldiers, the shark now hated the Nazis, and would attack them at any given opportunity (how it identified them and distinguished them from other swimmers, I don't know).

History: When the Germans occupied the Channel Islands in 1940, they began to face opposition from a masked resistance fighter who called himself the Shark. Assisted by three local boys, Lenny Francis, 'Chipper' Price and Mickey Greaves, he did his best to be a thorn in the invaders' sides. His activities after 1940 are unknown.
