Powers/Abilities: Genius inventor. Uses the "Earthworm", a burrowing machine with diamond-hard drills, to rob banks.

History: Black Sapper began his career as a bank robber, stealing from the Bank of England with the help of the mechanic Marot. His main opponent was Commander Breeze of the Yard. An invasion from Khansu eventually pushed the Sapper onto the side of the law, where he applied his genius with equal success.
