Powers/Abilities: The electronic jacket "radiates a form of energy which deflects bullets and gives him the strength and agility of ten men."

History: Tommy's powers come from an "electronic jacket". I have no information as to how he came to possess this.

Comments: I don't know very much about Atomic Tommy, beyond the fact that he only made one appearance. However a version of him, called Tommy Trident, turned up in Zenith Phase Three, and died at the hands of the Lliogor.
