Powers/Abilities: Ali - full range of powers unknown - he is a spirit who flies around on a small cloud.

Baba - none. Just a normal baby.

History: Somehow the baby known as Baba ended up with a protective spirit who tried to look out for him.

Comments: In 2003-4, they appeared in The Dandy (as reprints) renamed Jimmy's Green Genie - in that series, Baba was called Jimmy, and Ali was un-named. Thanks to James Aaron Spiring for this information and for corrections.
