Powers/Abilities: The boots contain a variety of gizmos, including but not limited to: propellers to allow travel over water and a "wellyphone", useful for contacting the police after you've caught the crooks. The Wellies also make a solid "Dong" sound when hit against the hull of a ship, implying steel toe caps or the like (I know, I know, I'm applying logic to a situation where none exists). Wonder Wellies is also a pretty accurate thrower of his boots when needs be, and appears to be way Yep, looks like superstrength to me.stronger than normal people. But then normal people don't use Wellies to fight crime, do they?

History: Wonder Wellies is a crimefighter who wears Wellington Boots packed with high tech gadgets to help him battle the forces of evil. I'm not kidding. Really, honestly, truly. I couldn't make this kind of stuff up if I tried.
