Powers/Abilities: Frostorm wears a suit of cryogenic armour that not only provides protection from extreme cold but also from conventional weapons. He wields a Frost Cannon of his own design that fires beams of intense cold allowing him to generate instant ice, most commonly using this to restrain others or to create ice slides; a skilled skater, he moves with the speed and grace of a professional speed skater on these creations.
