History: Vlasov used to be a scientist who worked for the Matrix Corporation. He was one of the scientists who originally worked on the DNAgents project. After he was fired he experimented on a gorilla to increase its intelligence, creating Ape-X. He then used the technology on himself to increase his own intellect, which allowed him to create the giant robot Mega-Man, and his superpowered allies Positron and Electron. Now suitably "armed", he turned his attention back to getting revenge on Matrix. Fuller profile to follow.
