History: Positron and Electron were two convicts who agreed to allow Vlasov to experiment on them in return for having their sentences reduced. He turned them into the oppositely charged Positron and Electron, and they served him faithfully since then.

Powers/Abilities: The two men are oppositely charged. When they both make contact with the same person or object, they generate a massive electrical shock. When used on a person this usually renders that individual insensate for some time.
