Comments: I'm not absolutely sure what this character's name is, but since he presented two strips that I know of called the Night Comer in the Scream 1986 Holiday Special, that seems as good a moniker as any. Unlike most horror hosts, he liked to appear through the story, interjecting additional comments and information.
