Powers/Abilities: Motormouth can jump between dimensions, activating the MOPED circuitry by willpower alone. She is capable of emitting a sonic blast by yelling, and circuitry in her eye grants her x-ray vision when she emits a low-grade sonic hum through the object in question.

History: A foul mouthed street kid, Harley Davis found a pair of shoes created by the Mys-Tech corporation that had dimension jump (MOPED) technology implanted. In response, that group sent the assassin Killpower after her. However, the childlike killer took a liking to Harley, and became her protector instead. After Harley was badly injured by other assassins, he performed life-saving surgery on her, implanting the technology for dimension travel into her body, as well as rebuilding her destroyed larynx to give her sonic abilities.

Comments: Motormouth, being a teenage girl, tends to change "costumes" every couple of adventures.
