Powers/Abilities: Maxwell appears to be able to fly, is superhumanly fast (he moves "like a human tornado", or at "1000 HP speed"), superstrong (he throws a burning beam like it was nothing), and unbothered by either fire or electricity (he holds a live cable carrying 1000 volts with his bare hands).

History: Maxwell is already a well known superhero by the time we are introduced to him (so well known that he is listed in the phone book it seems).
