History: King Cobra was a criminal mastermind who battled the heroic agent Barracuda on many occasions. In one instance King Cobra disguised himself as the peace-loving Jason Argonaut and got himself elected President of the United States, planning to fire atomic missiles at Britain as soon as he ascertained the codes to do so.

Powers/Abilities: King Cobra was a genius and a master of disguise. What powers he had beyond these, if any, is unknown.

CLARIFICATIONS: This King Cobra should not be confused with

• the heroic King Cobra who appeared in the Hotspur in the seventies and eighties.
