History: Joe Bulmer was a punk with an unusual talent; he was telekinetic. However his abilities attracted unwanted attention, leaving him trapped between two powerful and antagonistic forces locked in a war of attrition with one another. To keep alive he is forced to fight, with assistance provided by fellow psychic Daksha Patel, and a strange woman called Aden.
