Powers/Abilities: Able to swim as fast as a speed boat. Hands and feet webbed to enable this.  He could breathe underwater and control certain forms of sea life.

History: Stranded on a desert island as a child, Fishboy developed slightly webbed hands and feet and learned to breathe underwater as easily as a fish.

Comments: Fishboy's costume was made of woven seaweed.
