History: Drak Jr wished to make up for the former villainy of his great-uncle Dracula, so he recruited two other descendants of monsters and formed the Drak Pack.

History: A descendant/relation of the Frankenstein's Monster, Frankie was recruited by Drak, another monster's descendant, to become a member of the crimefighting Drak Pack.

Howler

Powers/Abilities: By clasping hands with Frankie and Drak and saying "Wacko", Howler could transform from a normal human youth into a young werewolf, with all the requisite powers of same - enhanced senses and physical attributes, etc. Like the classic "Big Bad" wolf, Howler possessed tremendous lung power that could generate gale-force winds.

History: A descendant/relation of the Wolfman, Frankie was recruited by Drak, another monster's descendant, to become a member of the crimefighting Drak Pack.
