History: Covadonga Lazaro was the daughter of Juan Pedro Lazaro, formerly the superhero Flechita and now a government minister. He sent her to an exclusive boarding school in Switzerland, but Covadonga came to feel her father didn't care about her, and escaped from the place. She ran away and joined the circus El Circo Maravillas (the Wonder Circus), taking the stage name Cascabel, and forming a close friendship with the strongman Mihura. Some months after she had made this move, a private investigator hired by her father tracked her down. So too did mercenaries hired by one of her father's old foes, Lince Dorado. Cascabel was kidnapped, and Mihura and Estigma, the P.I., had to work together to obtain the ransom, a magical gem. Having secured Cascabel's release, the three of them decided to remain together as a team, Triada Vertice, an action probably brought about by Cascabel's use of her powers of persuasion on the two adults.
