History: After his parents died when their spaceship crashed on the planet Neptune, the infant child Auro grew up in the Neptunian wilderness. In some manner he came to "share part of his brain" with a dead scientist (his father?), who appeared to him as a green, lab-coat wearing apparition. He later became the Lord of Jupiter.

He notes "Maybe this is where they (D.C.) got the idea of Firestorm, the Nuclear Man, being a split personality and being helped by the comforting inner voice of Dr. Martin Stein, the person Ron Raymond merges with to become Firestorm."
