History: Michael Auburn's parents chose to abort Michael while he was still in the womb, unwittingly consigning his soul to Hell. However, an angel saved the child's soul, and delivered him to Jesus in Heaven, who returned Michael to Earth in adult form as Vortex, a warrior intended to battle demonic forces.
