Powers/Abilities: The gloves give Horace the ability to fly at speeds just short of the speed of the light and superhuman strength allowing him to lift up to 600 tons with effort. He can also fire blasts of energy, and has telekinesis.

History: Ultragallo is the arch-enemy of Ultrapato. There were two pairs of alien gloves that had been abandoned on Earth. One pair were found by Carlos Bay, who used his new abilities to become a superhero; the others were discovered by Horace Jakson, who full of bitterness at the world for wrongs he felt had been done to him, decided to become the villainous Ultragallo
