Powers/Abilities: Torchie is an expert arsonist and is skilled in small arms and street fighting.

History: Ramona grew up on the east coast of Canada and was labeled a "troubled child" at an early age. She wound up in a juvenile detention center where she claims to have experienced a visitation by a supernatural presence that told her to start fires; psychiatrists viewed her story as a symptom of schizophrenia. Her pyromaniac knack led to a lucrative criminal career as a firebug-for-hire. Ramona has burn scars on the left-hand side of her face from an early pyrotechnic experiment gone awry.
