Powers/Abilities: Stiletto is agile and skilled at acrobatics. She is also extremely skilled in the use of knives, and is deadly accurate at throwing them.

History: Having grown up under the revolutionary rule of the Conferencia regime which ruled her homeland of Santa Avernica with an iron fist, executing innocents in weekly demonstrations of their power, Rosa Valdez swore to free her country from their despotism. She trained herself to be an expert with daggers, and once old enough, began to systematically assassinate those who had tormented her people for so long, a job she undertook with no pleasure but with ruthless efficiency. One of her targets was being guarded by Rainbow, which brought her into conflict with the DNAgents. When they discovered her motivations however, they decided to let her go, and parted as friends.

Some months later Stiletto sought out Sham, needing his help to stop a corrupt U.S. Senator from directing American funds to the dictator running her homeland.
