Powers/Abilities: Prescient visions of imminent murders. Skilled fighter. Undead, so hard to injure.

History: Bitten by a ghoul, Samantha Stevens died and became a zombie. Unaware of her own demise, Samantha found herself plagued by prescient dreams of innocents being murdered. Adopting a skull mask and arming herself with knives and sickles, she began to brutally slay the killers before they could commit their crimes, soon becoming a fugitive from the police, whose hunt for the Skull was led by Samantha's own father, Captain William Brooks. After two and a half years of stalking murderers, violently ending their lives, and sometimes even drinking their blood. Even the city's ghoul leader Luther revelation of her undead status could not dissuade her from her vigilante rampage.
