The Red Line

Created by Geoffrey Thorne and published (at least one issue, for the San Diego Comic Con 2006) by The Ludovico Technique. Set in the Red Line, a run down section of Pac City, in a world where Ubers (superheroes) are an established reality.
Other Ubers named but not seen include the Acrobat, Uberman and Mr. Shifter.
