History: Dyna Morisi gained the ability to control and generate electricity from a freak accident during Desert Storm. Having gained these superhuman powers, she joined the all-female superteam known as Femforce. In her civilian identity she is a stuntwoman.

Powers/Abilities: Rayda can generate and violently discharge electricity. Capable of creating lightning from her finger tips, she needs to wear an insulating rubber suit to protect those around from accidental electrocution.
