Powers/Abilities: Quasiman possesses enhanced strength, can teleport and his visions of the future. However, parts of his body and brain randomly phase extradimensionally, meaning he is often turned from being highly intelligent (his natural state) into a drooling idiot.  

History: Quasiman is a Joker with a similar appearance to the Hunchback of Notre Dame.
