Powers/Abilities: Quasiman has demonstrated enhanced strength. Quasiman also has the ability to transport parts of his body into quasi-existential dimensions and back again. It is unknown where his body parts go, or for how long, but seem to be random, and beyond his ability to control.

History: Quasiman is a Joker with a similar appearance to the Hunchback of Notre Dame.
