Powers/Abilities: Dusty was a stunt driver with both cars and marine vehicles. He drove the Gator jeep/hydroplane, and wore the Backlash Mask which fired sonic blasts.

History: Dusty Hayes was secretly a member of the crimefighting organisation called M.A.S.K.
