Powers/Abilities: Good fighter. His cape can be used as a hang-glider / parachute. Drives a flying Owlmobile armed with both a blacklight ray which casts darkness, and with Owl Bombs. Uses robotic Owlos able to see through the blacklight ray, track opponents and attack them; controls the Owlos with ultrasonics.

History: Seeing that the police were hampered by rules and regulations that allowed criminals to go free, special investigator Nick Terry donned a costume and armed himself with high tech gadgets to become the crimefighting Owl. He was swiftly joined by his gossip columnist girlfriend, Belle Wayne, who became his sidekick Owl Girl.
