Powers/Abilities: Nemisar is an extremely high-skilled martial artist (with Aikido as at least one of his styles) as well as a deadeye marksman, capable of trick shots (mirror shots) with a handgun and pinpoint accuracy with sniper rifles at a long range.

History: Little is known of the assassin known as Nemisar, but evidence suggests he may be a student of the Thuggee sect of assassins in India.
