Powers/Abilities: Although a normal human, Narutaki is of above average dexterity in terms of agility and things like jumping, dodging and climbing. His main armament is a three-shot special pistol with a number of attachments and special bullets, among them a chaff bullet, a drill, a wrecking ball, a fire extinguisher bomb and a grappling hook. In addition to the gun, he uses a steam-powered motorcycle, bulletproof coat and number of smaller gadgets like camera finger-ring, disguise stickers, electronic mail device and homing transmitters.

History: Narutaki was orphaned when an unknown man killed his parents (in an admitted parallel to Batman). He was raised by a trustworthy family butler Kawakubo and decided to follow his father's footsteps. Later it was discovered that the killer was a father of Narutaki's first enemy, the Phantom Knight, who would later try to trick Lin Lin and Gouriki into killing Narutaki, though fortunately Gouriki had his own ideas. They became Naturaki's closest allies. Narutaki has become a prominent private eye in Steam City. He works closely with the police.
