Powers/Abilities: Able to assume many forms, great (but unspecified, to me at least) mental powers.

History: Kardo is a member of an alien race which has been on Earth for thousands of years. Able to assume many forms, Kardo came into conflict with Kaliman while trying to revive his sleeping race from their hiding places within the Earth. In spite of his great powers he couldn't overcome Kaliman, and was killed in an explosion.
