Setting: Burma and Thailand, Pacific theater of World War II, 1942A.D.

Plot Summary: In the Pacific theater during World War II, ace British pilot Johnny Wolfe led the Allied freelance squad the Wolf Pack, fighter pilots who did hit and run raids against the Japanese. Despite his skill Wolfe was shot down by a prototype Japanese Zero faster than any plane he had ever encountered; parachuting safely to the ground he found himself close to the Japanese air field and promptly stole the aircraft that had so recently shot him down, initiating a blood feud with its original pilot, Toshiro Naganu of Shibata Squadron.

   Hit and Run shared the cover with the two other new strips introduced in #22 (22nd August 1980), and despite its short seven episode run, the series also managed to claim the solo cover on 20th September 1980, the 26th issue of Speed.
