History: They're lovers. They're partners. They're cops. They're the battle-scarred crimebusters of a neverending urban war... Hawk rules the streets by battle-axe. Fisher cracks down on outlaws with sword and dagger. Their merciless beat is the sinister city misnamed Haven - a dark and violent town overrun with spell-casters, demons, and thieves. A place where money will buy anything...except justice.

Easily the best Guards in Haven, they are skilled with their weapons, honorable to a fault, and always prepared to do their duty, no matter what the cost.They are husband and wife, for one thing, and refuse to be bribed - unique qualities in Haven. Their ability to fight and win is legendary in the town, as is their investigatve talent.Hawk and Fisher do bicker like a married couple, making fun of each other in that harmless way that only married people understand. They take their jobs seriously, know their reputation, and bank on it. They're incorruptable and like it that way. But when things start to get ugly, as they must do, they know their job. They don't enjoy the bloodshed, the long hours, or the disrespect they get, but they do it because they are Guards, and they are the best.
