Powers/Abilities: Heartbreak has superhuman speed and agility, to a greater degree than Cimarron, thanks to a supercharged metabolism. The drawback to his power is that he is literally incapable of standing still.

History: One of the team's new recruits, Heartbreak is in his middle teens, but would have been charged as an adult for his crimes. Seeing that the kid was not bad at heart (in fact, more harmless and pro-social than any of the others except Crackshot), Slick advocated for Heartbreak to be admitted to The Liberty Project. His constant need to be in motion, combined with an upbeat and energetic personality, make him something of an irritant to his teammates. Especially Burnout, on whom he has an unrequited crush.
