Summary: When intelligence reports crossed his desk telling of threats to the Allied cause, Colonel Moore Williams would disguise himself as the colourful Flamingo, and personally deal with the problem.

History:

The Bird-PlaneComments: Flamingo appeared in Contact Comics #1-3. Williams seemingly felt that the superstitious enemy were unnerved by anything strange or unusual, hence the costume.
