Powers/Abilities: Able to fly and to repel bullets by manipulating magnetic fields. He can also use these fields to attract and manipulate metal objects, yanking guns out of criminals' hands. He can generate electric "thunderbolts". Superhuman strength and inelligence. Able to alter his appearance at will. Possessed X-Ray vision. He is vulnerable to certain rare compounds, such as "lantholum".

History: (Mystic Comics #1-4) Professor Goettler was a brilliant scientist who wanted to improve the world. Working in his remote mountain top laboratory he creates a perfect android programmed to go out into the world and do good. However, even as he brings his creation to life with a massive dose of electricity, he dies. The android flies back to civilisation, where he easily passes the entrance exams to become a member of the F.B.I., using the alias Curt Cowan.

His first case saw him take on evil banker King Bascom, who was using a dynamo to create a drought, so that he could buy up the farmers' land cheap abd gain control of the agricultural industry of America.
