Powers/Abilities:

History: Dexter Duck was a comic book artist who drew pirate strips, until one day a freak accident pulled him into the pirate-themed world he was writing about.

Comments: Created by Frank Brunner. Brunner has been working on Marvel's Howard the Duck, but left because he apparently felt he was not getting sufficient credit for his role in the strip. The Duckaneer was allegedly his reposte to his critics, showing what Howard could have been under his scripting.
