Thanks to Dansen T. Stahl for providing information on this character, originally gleaned from seventies fanzine Rocket Blast Comi-Collector, where it was contributed by Howard P. Siegel. Siegel described the character thus: "Gracing the cover of Wow Comics no. 26, the Dreamer was a creation Jerry LaPare, a prolific Canadian artist who specialized in swiping Alex Raymond." He likens him to a mixture of the Sandman (not the Neil Gaiman version) and Mandrake the Magician. Under the oval design on his shirt, the word "Morpheus" is emblazoned. Thanks to Mack Murdock for the lowermost image of the Dreamer.
