Powers/Abilities: Electrical powers - able to fly, generate electricity and throw lightning bolts.

History: Blue Bolt is the son of the hero Captain Thunder. After his father has been missing for several years, the teenager hunts him down and finds him on the same mountain where he gained his powers years before. But the freak accident that granted his father powers repeats itself, transforming the son into a living dynamo. He convinces his father to come out of hiding and take on them men who destroyed his life. Together they fight to bring these criminals to justice. Fuller profile to follow.
